How long will my piece take to arrive?
Because each piece is handcrafted, prayed over, and built with care in our home, our processing time is typically 10-14 days plus shipping. We put our whole heart into creating meaningful, high-quality jewelry, and we want every detail to be just right.

We always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience as we craft something special just for you.

How is your jewelry made?
Each piece of our jewelry begins with prayer. Before we craft anything, we pray over the future recipient — asking the Lord to bless, encourage, and speak through the piece they will wear.

From there, every necklace is hand-stamped, assembled, and finished by us, ensuring a genuine handmade touch. Because each piece is created individually, no two are exactly alike. Markings may vary slightly in placement or darkness, making your necklace uniquely yours.

Every detail is completed with care, love, and intentionality. Our desire is that your piece doesn’t just look beautiful — but carries meaning, encouragement, and the presence of Christ with it.

 

What are your return policies?
We accept returns and exchanges in the same condition as merchandise was purchased, up to 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt/order number. (expect on our Arrow line as these are customized for you)

  • Items without receipts/order numbers are eligible for exchange only.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping if an item needs to be returned/exchanged.

  • Grains of Glory pieces are available for return or exchange. Please contact us  for more info see- contact us- to email any questions

  • Defective merchandise may be eligible for complimentary repairs up to 60 days from the date of purchase through a repair consultation with our jewelry maker. In this case, we will cover the cost of shipping.
